ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Prophetess Judy Ellison is the proud wife of Apostle Calvin Ellison. Alongside her husband, she co-pastored for twenty years.
With a strong self-esteem, sense of self-worth, and personal dignity from a young age, she recognized early a mantle on her life to empower females. Even while in high school girls would gather around her leadership for counsel and guidance. As co-Pastor with her husband’s extreme confidence in her ability to lead women into new dimensions of womanhood and living, she expressed her mission to women in various ways. She hosted women’s conferences, held women’s roundtables, retreats, seminars, and one-on-one consultations. As if she had a sign over her head that says “mother” just about everywhere she goes; young ladies and women asks her if they can call her mother.
As well as founder of her Women’s Empowerment Network, she also founded the Gathering for Pastor’s Wives. The Gathering hosts Pastor’s wives Retreats and Tea Time events. As a sought after conference speaker, television and radio guest she shares her provocative wisdom and strength to thousands of women yearly. Also a as coach and motivator of wives, she counsels women on how to be an Heir Together with their husband.
Prophetess Ellison received an honorary doctorate degree from Central Christian University. She has ministered in various states as well as Mexico, the United Kingdom, and South Africa. She is the author of three books (Touching the Hearts of Pastor’s Wives, Proverbs for Women in Ministry and Quotes for Dignified Women). She also is co-author of Heirs Together: The Rightly Related Man and Woman and contributing author of Women Magnifying Womanhood.
